Step 1 – EXFOLIATE
Apply the Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions over the feet and lower legs to help stimulate circulation. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. This step ideally prepares the skin for your foot care routine.
Step 2 – CARE
Massage the Nourishing Foot Balm into clean, dry feet every morning and evening. For very dry skin, apply a generous layer, put on cotton socks, and allow the balm to absorb overnight.
Step 3 – RECOVER
Massage the Relief Lotion for Tired Legs & Feet using upward strokes, starting from the arches of the feet toward the lower legs to help boost circulation. Reapply as needed.
